Immunizations
While we follow the national guidelines for immunizations, there are times when these guidelines are adjusted for individual or family issues.
For instance, since there is a small amount of egg in the Measles – Mumps – German Measles vaccine, this immunization may be delayed in the egg allergic child. Influenza vaccine is offered to children with chronic diseases and in other children based on availability and adequate insurance reimbursement.
Parents also may want to discuss any misgivings about immunizations. It is feasible for a customized immunization schedule to be devised for your child. |
